MCPS is made in the form of transport-sized block boxes.
The composition of the block cluster station includes:
- Water filtration station;
- pump unit;
- The block for placement of control block;
- Auxiliary pump unit, transformer substation unit;
- Block placement of exciters of synchronous electric motors;
- Switchgear unit with microprocessor protection;
- Block collectors;
- Block for soft start;
- Block oil;
- Operator unit;
- Block of a mechanical workshop;
- Hardware unit;
- Block pumping out the washing wave;
- Capacity for emergency drain of oils from transformers;
- Separation and underground drainage tanks;
- Station of booster pumps;
- Service platforms for repair of engines, pumps.
Depending on the design features of the pumping units, the MCPS can be equipped with a lubrication and cooling system for bearing assemblies, with air or water cooling of the working agent, which is located in a separate block or in meter inserts between the modules.
The MCPS drainage system according to the individual requirement of the Customer can be equipped with drainage tanks for collecting: leaks, used oil, as well as oil storage capacity. Pumping of drainage tanks is carried out by semi-submersible pumps installed on the tanks themselves, or by drainage pumps through a vacuum tank located in a separate block as part of the MCPS building.
Design and manufacture of MCPS is carried out taking into account the parameters of the pumped medium, the required productivity and pressure, operating conditions and individual customer requirements.
