Mobile separation units (MSU) are designed for initial preparation (separation, cleaning, heating, cooling) and measuring the production of oil and gas wells at various pressures, flow rates; loading (pumping) of oil, condensate and water; associated gas utilization on a torch. Mobile separation units (MSU) are designed for initial preparation (separation, cleaning, heating, cooling) and measuring the production of oil and gas wells at various pressures, flow rates; loading (pumping) of oil, condensate and water; associated gas utilization on a torch. Installations may include heating or cooling products. It also provides for temporary storage of extracted products.

It is possible to use gas as fuel for oil heating furnaces, a boiler room and gas power plants.

Types of MSU:

1. Mobile complexes for research and development of wells (MC).

2. Mobile block separation and bulk plants (MB).

3. Mobile oil treatment plants (MP).

4. Mobile pre-discharge installations (MI).

MSU can be produced and delivered in two designs:

- execution I - mobile, on a frame base, a car chassis, tractor trailer with screw supports or a semi-trailer. Placed without shelter (open execution), in a shelter or block box.

- execution II - stationary, on a frame basis. Placed without shelter (open execution), in a shelter or block box.

MC is intended for trial operation and development by oil and gas companies of newly drilled and previously mothballed oil and gas wells prior to commissioning the main production capacities at the field.

MB is intended for the collection and preparation of products for oil and gas condensate wells by providing degassing, separation, gravity sludge oil, gas condensate and achieve the required quality of oil, gas condensate (customer requirements). MB allows you to operate the well, to evaluate the performance of gas and condensate, to determine its operational characteristics and based on the data obtained to choose the optimal mode of its operation.

MP is intended for the collection and preparation of oil production wells by providing deep dehydration, desalination, reducing the elasticity of oil vapor and achieving the required quality of marketable oil and discharged formation water for further transportation.

The arrangement of MUPN in the form of blocks allows the delivery of equipment in the form of phased completed installations of start-up complexes (lines, lines, threads), to increase the capacity of MP as the field is developed, and to rationally spend financial resources on the construction of facilities.

The MP scheme includes a maximum set of equipment designed for the limiting parameters of the products being prepared.

MI is designed for dehydration of well products and purification of released commercial water.

Design and manufacture of MSU is carried out taking into account the parameters of the produced fluid, the required performance, operating conditions and individual customer requirements.
