Filters according to the method of connection with pipelines are made in 2 designs:
- execution 1 - filters with fittings and mating flanges (flange connection);
- execution 2 - filters with welded spigots (welded joint).
The design of the FSJ filter is provided with two types of covers:
- type 1 - flange plug on a bolted connection;
- type 2 - quick-detachable connection (lock end clamp);
- type 3 - quick coupling - bayonet lock.
When the flow passes through the FSJ filter housing, extraneous mechanical inclusions are sifted out using a filter element, which is a perforated grid and a filter element, a fine mesh.
The degree of filtration corresponds to the mesh diameter of the filter cartridge.
Filter cartridges - made of perforated sheets and a metal mesh located between them. The mesh size or grid spacing depends on the fineness of filtration, which is agreed upon upon ordering. Flushing the filter and unloading the sludge is carried out by a short-term reverse supply of purified liquid and the crane is fully opened on the drainage pipe.
The filter assembly is mounted on supports, and through the valves is connected to the pipelines for supplying and discharging the working medium and sludge discharge.
