The filter-water separator (FW) is intended for purification of light oil products (gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel and jet engine fuel) from mechanical impurities, low-temperature formations and free (undissolved) water used both separately and as a part of filtration units.
The filter-water separator (FW) is intended for purification of light oil products (gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel and jet engine fuel) from mechanical impurities, low-temperature formations and free (undissolved) water used both separately and as a part of filtration units. The difference between filters and water separators is the presence of elements in the PV that are designed to prevent the penetration of drops of free (emulsion) water.

PV is made taking into account the parameters of the pumped medium, the required productivity and pressure, the nominal fineness of the filtration, operating conditions and individual customer requirements.
