Modules of industrial compressor equipment of the following types:
- modular compressor station (ISS);
- modular gas compressor station (MKSG);
- gas modular compressor power complex (ICECG);
- modular diesel compressor station (MKSD);
- modular diesel compressor energy complex (MKECD).
Modular compressor stations are designed to accommodate and operate compressor installations, drying stations, receivers and life support systems (lighting, heating, ventilation, fire alarm, automatic fire fighting) in them.
The design of the ISSG, MKEKG, ISKSD, MKEKD allows the installation of:
- to an unprepared paved area;
- on skids for moving outside public roads;
- on a wheeled vehicle designed to move along public roads.
Example of designation when ordering: MKSG AAA / BB-V-X-GG, where MKSG is a modular gas compressor station;
AAA - the total capacity of the ISS (MKSG, MKEK, MKSD, MKEKD) without taking into account losses on the regeneration of the desiccant (if any) and the condition of all installed compressor units, nm3 / min;
BB - maximum excess (working) pressure, MPa;
B is the number of compressor units in the module;
X - a drying system is installed (A - adsorption type, P - refrigerated type);
GG - the volume of the installed storage system for the stock of compressed gas (volume of gas collectors), m3 (it is allowed to install gas collectors both in one module together with compressor equipment, and in a separate module or on a special platform).
The composition of the ISSG (ISSD) in the General case includes:
- module for equipment placement;
- compressor unit / station (compressor units / stations) driven by an electric motor;
-management system;
- gas treatment system;
- pipe fittings;
- lighting system;
- heating system;
- ventilation system (maintaining TVR);
- fire alarm system;
- automatic fire extinguishing system.
Additionally, the MKSG (MKSD) is equipped with gas collectors (receivers). The composition of the ICECG (ICECD) generally includes:
- module for equipment placement;
- compressor unit / station (compressor units / stations) driven by an internal combustion engine;
- management system;
- gas treatment system;
- pipe fittings;
- lighting system;
- heating system;
- ventilation system (maintaining TVR);
- fire alarm system;
- automatic fire extinguishing system;
In the future, all requirements regarding the ISS are also mandatory for other modifications (ISSG, MKEKG, ISKSD, MKEKD).
Design and manufacture of the ISS is carried out taking into account the parameters of the pumped medium, the required productivity, outlet pressure, operating conditions and individual customer requirements.
