Hydro-Cyclone Cartridge-type Filter (HCCF) (further – filters) the main destination is gas and liquids purification as well as gas and gas condensate from dash suspension and produced water to protect the units of the technological system from mechanical wear and contamination.
DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION
Implementation
Hydro-Cyclone Cartridge-type Filter (HCCF) (further – filters) the main destination is gas and liquids purification as well as gas and gas condensate from dash suspension and produced water to protect the units of the technological system from mechanical wear and contamination.
Filters may be used in:
- pressure support system into the soak up pumping line;
- oil measuring units to protect sensor device from pollution;
- technological system of water and heat supply;
- fine purification units for liquids (kerosene, oil, gasoline) from dash impurities
in purpose to improve product condition.
Filters might be used in rather low temperature conditions – less than -60 C degrees so have marking U, UXL & XL – it depends.
Category for location -# 1 according to the GOST 15150-69 (GOST - RF State Standards).
Similar types filters might be output for working under pressure corridor from 1.6 to 21,0 MPa.
Filters can operate in all-type houses and outdoor facilities into dangerous air and gas or steam and gas explosive mix.
For example - you want to put an order and send RFQ for filter FGC 150-16-300 and find specification TY – (it means – Local Technical Standard not GOST - standard): Try to clarify
Filter FGC 150-16-300 under LTS 3663-001-95579215-2006,
It means: F – filter, G – hydro-cyclone, C- cartridge
150 – inlet hole diameter - i.e. Ø150 mm
16 – working pressure – i.e. 16 kg/cm2
300 – capacity - i.e. 300 m3
Specification
Filter Parts and Units:
1 Steel Jacket;
2 Cover;
3 Cone Bottom;
4 Tangential Inlet Branch;
5 Outlet Branch;
6 Drain Pipe;
7 Partition;
8 Cartridges;
9 Filtering Material;
10 Filter’s Heads.
Working principle:
Product enters into the Tangential Inlet 4 of the Jacket of the hydro-cyclone, centrifugal forces tend heavy particles to the surface and collect them into the Cone Bottom 3. Heavy dirt (mud) removes through the Drain Pipe 6. First-step-cleaned product under pressure flows through the Filter Material 9 of the Cartridges 8 and through the holes in the Head 10 removes through the Outlet 5.
HCCF Advantages
- Working capacity of the Dirty Filter might be restored by simple procedure of backwashing.
- Dirty Filter Cleaning procedure might be done without interrupting the process cycle.
- Easy in installation to the pipelines and quick change cartridges – no needs to divide Jacket or disconnect pipeline.
- Possibility to arrange full automatic control without human operation.
