The pumping station is manufactured in a complete factory-assembled version with the technological equipment installed in it, process pipelines, shut-off and control valves, instrumentation and automation, heating appliances and electric lighting, ventilation equipment.
The installation composition and scope of delivery includes:
1. Stable condensate transfer pump (2 pcs.);
2. Pump for transferring unstable condensate;
3. Angular mesh filter on the line of stable condensate (2 pcs.);
4. Angular mesh filter on an unstable condensate line;
5. Power supply system (provided by the manufacturer according to IT);
6. System of automatic fire extinguishing, fire alarm and warning (provided by the manufacturer according to IT);
7. Ventilation system (provided by the manufacturer according to IT);
8. Heating system (provided by the manufacturer according to IT);
9. Piping of the equipment of the unit (provided by the manufacturer);
10. Shut-off and control and safety valves (provided by the manufacturer);
11. Instrumentation and automation equipment (provided by the manufacturer);
Climatic modification - UHL. The service life of the pumping station is at least 20 years.
The design and manufacture of the pumping station is carried out taking into account the parameters of the pumped medium, the required performance and pressure, operating conditions and customer requirements.
